Freshwater Group, which has owned the Tenter House site for 55 years, is bringing forward an exciting new development delivering high quality office and improved public spaces for Moorgate.
Planning permission was granted in 2020 for the redevelopment of the Tenter House building. These plans have since been updated and we are bringing them back to the local community to hear your views.
