Construction updates
John F Hunt LTD has been appointed by Freshwater as the main contractor to undertake the enabling works for the Tenter House Project.
To keep you updated on the progress of the works and any upcoming activities, monthly updates will be sent to site neighbours. You can find these newsletters below as well as any other relevant construction information.
We will be taking various steps to minimise the impact to neighbours:
• Working hours in line with City of London guidance: 8am – 6pm Monday – Friday, and 8am – 1pm on Saturdays if required.
• Unloading materials within the site area behind the hoardings.
• Ensuring public areas are kept clear and maintaining access for residents.
• Keeping deliveries to a minimum and using smaller vehicles whenever possible.
• Entrance will have a designated Traffic Marshal to supervise, and ensure the areas are kept clean, safe, and secure.
• Dedicated on-site team, will be available during site hours and 24 hours in the event of a site emergency.
So that you can easily identify our on-site team, and to keep them safe whilst working, they will be wearing John F Hunt branded Hi Viz. Managers and supervisors will be wearing black hard hats.
